All Concretime models are handcrafted to order from concrete and natural materials. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent and not considered defects
Product photography is representative — actual items may vary slightly in appearance
Custom/engraved orders are made to your specifications and are final sale

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other supported providers at checkout
We do not store your full credit card details
Sales tax may be applied to orders in applicable US states

4. Orders & Cancellations

Order acceptance occurs when we confirm your order and begin production
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase — contact us immediately at tikiliu@gmail.com
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of errors in pricing or product availability, with a full refund issued
