Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Concretime model. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery
Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items with custom engraving (personalized text on wood base)
Custom-commissioned models made to a buyer's specific specifications
Items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or accident

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Photograph the damage (item and packaging)
Contact us at tikiliu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice

We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation after this window. To cancel, email us immediately at tikiliu@gmail.com with your order number.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, please return the original item (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
