Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

All Concretime models are handcrafted to order. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:

Standard models (no engraving): 3–7 business days
Custom models with engraving: 5–10 business days

Production begins immediately after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
Transit time: 2–5 business days after production
Free standard shipping on all US orders
Expedited shipping options available at checkout

International Shipping

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail International or DHL Express
Transit time: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Tracking is provided for all international shipments

Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Restricted destinations: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Packaging

Every model is packed in custom protective packaging designed to withstand transit. Each concrete piece is individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tikiliu@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within the stated production window, please contact us.
