Response Times

We are a small studio and handle all messages personally. We respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Messages received on weekends or holidays will be answered the next business day.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number — if your question is about an existing order
  • Photos — if you are reporting a damaged or defective item
  • Building or landmark details — if you are inquiring about a custom piece

Custom Orders

Interested in a custom concrete model of a building, campus, or landmark not in our shop? We love bringing new structures to life. Send us an email with details and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Order Issues

If your order arrived damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Need to cancel? Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase — please email us right away with your order number.
