When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from customers@concretime.com with your tracking number included. Enter your tracking number below to check your delivery status.

Shipping Timeline

Every Concretime piece is handcrafted to order. Here is what to expect after you place your order:

Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 4–10 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery: 6–15 business days from order date

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking numbers may take a few business days to show activity after your shipping confirmation email is sent — this is normal while your package is in transit. If your tracking number shows "unavailable" or "not found," please wait 2–3 business days and check again.
