Refund policy

We want you to love your Concretime piece. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Standard (Non-Customized) Items

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Contact us before sending any item back
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

Custom Engraved Items

Because each engraved piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on custom engraved orders except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email photos of the item and packaging to support@concretime.com
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you

How to Start a Return

Email support@concretime.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
